Interesting that the book uses this title since there is a whole section in the book about how to grab attention to the title of a blog to trick readers into clicking on it. That, according to the book is how you will make six figures. If you have never heard of a blog – never read a blog – never started a blog (which by the way takes 5 minutes)…this is the book for you.

This is by far, the best book on this subject I have read. The authors give a lot of hands on information and guide the reader step by step through the process. A must read for the person who wants blog for money or their business!

When finishing PROBLOGGER I was a little over two months into my first blog. There are many items in this book that I would have found useful on day one, unfortunately those lessons were learned the hard way! On the other hand, there were many topics that I was unaware of, and as a result I had learned quite a bit from this book – therefore I highly recommend it for beginner, intermediate, and experienced bloggers alike. I particularly enjoyed the aspect that it was written by two experienced bloggers, therefore offering two different, yet complementary viewpoints. In addition there are a wide array of topics covered from setting up a blog to monetization and flipping a blog. The price is a bit high for a paperback – $24.99, however given the content and the value offered from the book I believe the price of admission worthwhile.

Both Darren and Chris have added their own unique stories and suggestions in this book and you’ll learn something new every step of the way. There simply is no better guide to follow to make money with your blog.

I think the title should be Blogging 101. The writers are easy to read and provide a lot of good information if you are serious about really getting into blogging. From a technical standpoint, they spend about a chapter on WordPress and give just a little attention to Blogger (Blogspot). I really liked the book, but not necessarily a step by step how to and the title is a little misleading.
