Hi, I have health issues and can't do small home maintenance and am on low fixed income ? I was an elem teacher for 20 years and can barter all kinds of tutoring and parenting like Nanny on tv, and all that kid stuff. You might have success advertising that you will trade tutoring (be specific, i.e. third through fifth grade reading and math) for repairs (list two or three--you want this ad to be simple and straightforward.) Put the ad on a 3x5 card on a local bulletin board. My community has them at the public library and at laundromats. If there is a Craigslist (online classifieds) for your area, you could advertise there too. Good luck.

I don't think you'll have much luck. Bartering is common in the Middle East and Asia but not so much in the US or Europe. The only exception is when the two parties actually know each other and have trust in each other.

Personally, I think you are totally nuts. You have no idea what you are talking about, no idea what the world bank does and no concept of trade between world countries.

Markets have declined before and this isn't the last time either. Yes, there are some morons in government, but the majority are honest men and women trying to help our country.

Please take the time to educate yourself on world economics and then come back and tell me your present thoughts were correct. I welcome that time.
